  • For physiotherapy and sports massage appointments please wear appropriate clothing for assessment.

    Everything is provided for you at all other sessions.

  • We aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss your individual needs.

    In line with safeguarding policies Under 18s are required to be with an adult at all times unless in one of our dedicated sessions.

  • We stock a variety of hot and cold drinks to purchase and gym snacks.

    Please feel free to bring whatever you need.

  • There is a limited number of free car parking spaces available at both sites.

    As a general rule, sessions after 5pm and the weekend have plenty of availability. At peak times for the site during the day you may occasionally need to park off site.

    Please note all vehicles are left at the owners risk. RTP is unable to take any responsibility for loss or damage on what is a public access car park.

  • Any cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment or no show appointments will be charged at standard rates however we aim to be as supportive as possible, we understand things happen and we don’t want this to disrupt your experience on your return trip.

    Each individual case can be discussed with the RTP management team.
